- Product descriptions reflect real-world burn outcomes, but variations may occur due to substrate composition, oxide layering, and thermal dynamics. These differences are part of the unique character of each item.

How to Request a Return
Customers must email service@ozarkscoastline.com within 72 hours of receiving their product. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns are approved only for the following situations:
• Damage During Shipping
A clear photo of the damage is required so the issue can be documented and addressed.
• Incorrect Product, Image, or Text
If the wrong item was sent or the engraving does not match the approved design, a return or replacement will be arranged.
Non‑Returnable Situations
Because each item is custom‑made, returns are not accepted for any other reason, including preference changes or design revisions after production.
